Who am I?

A creative, loyal, and dynamic woman who finds it hard to sit still. I love my life on the Norfolk Suffolk border and anything to do with the outdoors. It can be as simple as gardening, cycling along our quiet lanes, canoeing along the local rivers or wild swimming in them.Yoga is another passion, anything that helps me focus and stretch. I suppose I have always been interested in self-development since I was a teenager, but I never named it.

My Story

As family lawyer and mediator for the over 30 years I have been supporting and helping separating couples disconnect in the best possible way for them and their families. A holistic approach to disputes has been key in my practice.

Pre-Covid I was looking at ways I could use and develop my skills to help families stay connected to avoid the devastating impact a family breakdown can have on everyone involved. 

With my holistic and empathetic approach I have used my professional skills to find a way of assisting people to stay connected to themselves, their loved ones, colleagues, and friends even after a major fracture in their lives.  

 

I decided to study and qualify as a coach through the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) to find other ways of supporting people through transitional stages of their lives.  

 

It occurred to me that people can be influenced by their surroundings, and I wished to create a space to enable people to learn how to reconnect in a quiet, natural and inspiring environment.  

 

Ingloss Skies is that place.

How can I help you?

I can be your personal or business mentor or coach.

 

You can come to our unique space for a wellbeing retreat or workshop.

You can have a break or holiday in our relaxing quiet space and do nothing, plan your own activities, or with our extensive knowledge of the local area and all that it offers we can plan the activities or experiences for you or help you plan them.

My ethos

I will help you feel connected and have a sense of belonging which is vital for our own mental wellbeing and growth.

Various stages or circumstances in life can cause fractures in how we value ourselves and our relationships.  These fractures can lead to a sense of disconnection from living a joyful, meaningful and fulfilling life.

 

As Brene Brown says “the best thing you can do to feel like you belong is to learn how to confidently stand on your own”. 

 

One on one sessions, group coaching or mentoring, workshops and retreats are all on offer and we can help you decide which approach or activity is best for you to reconnect, stand on your own and reboot.
